Welcome to our new and improved site! Please see the FAQ below:

 

Q: Why can’t I log in to my account?

A: In transitioning to the new website, all users must reset their password.

 

Q: Why can’t I see my orders I placed on the old site?

A: Orders from our previous version will not be visible, but rest assured they are still in queue to be fulfilled. If you need a copy of your order, please email sales@adamsarms.net with your order number, name, and address to request to receive a copy.

 

Q: Why am I getting another Invoice from Adams Arms?

A: Since your older order is no longer accessible from the website, we are manually sending you notification that your order has been shipped. Your new Invoice will reference your order in the PO # field and will be marked as PAID if purchased from our site. Your tracking number will be located on your new Invoice.

 

Q: When will an item I want be in stock?

A: We are working diligently to fill our backorder and keep our website up-to-date with expected average backorder times. For items that are out of stock, you may sign up to be notified when the item is available again. For items that are listed as backordered, please refer to the estimated backorder time on each product. Please use our Dealer Locater and Online Dealers to find more product available and in stock.
